Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Mp3ify ("the app", "we") handles. In short: your videos, audio and recordings are processed on your device and are never uploaded by us. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Unity Ads and Google Play Billing, which process limited technical data as described below.
Your files
When you pick or share a video or audio file, Android gives Mp3ify access to that file. The app copies it into its private cache and converts or edits it on your device with a built-in audio engine. Finished files are saved in the app's private storage and listed in the Library. Temporary copies are deleted automatically within a day. If you choose Share, Save to Music or Set as ringtone, the file is handed to the app or folder you pick. Your files, file names and tags are never sent to us or to any third party by Mp3ify.
Microphone
The Voice Recorder uses the microphone only while you record. Recordings are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
Data collected by third-party services

These providers process data under their own policies: Firebase, Unity, Google. We never sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can turn off usage statistics and personalised ads in Mp3ify › Settings › Privacy. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings. Mp3ify Pro removes all ads.
Permissions
- Microphone — only for the Voice Recorder.
- Modify system settings — only when you choose "Set as ringtone", to assign the sound.
- Storage (Android 9 and older) — to save files to the Music or Ringtones folder when you ask.
- Internet — for ads, analytics and purchases. Your files are never sent over the network by Mp3ify.
Retention and deletion
Files and settings are stored only on your device; deleting them in the Library, clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes them. Analytics data is kept by Firebase for up to 14 months. To request deletion of analytics data linked to your app instance, see Delete data.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
All data sent to the services above travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
